Apple prides itself on having devices that are secure to use and protects the user’s privacy in many ways. With all of this security and privacy features, it can sometimes be very confusing to users what they should know and what they should turn on. I will attempt to bring some clarity to this area for VoiceOver users. In this course, I will cover the following topics: • What is iCloud and why is it secure • Setting a login password and using FileVault to secure your Mac • Using Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode to secure your iDevice • What is, “Find My”, and why you should use it • Privacy features on the Mac • Privacy features on your iDevice
